Pacific Vanilla is the fruit of a love of taste and our country, French Polynesia. We cultivate our vanilla with passion and patience with the aim of promoting it and offering it to great restaurateurs. There is no doubt that it will seduce the best artisans in order to enrich the power and flavor of their creations.

Vanilla is deeply rooted in Polynesian culture. Our long-term vision is to promote French Polynesia and our land.
Local workforce
We work with vanilla growers and vanilla preparers in Tahiti, Raiatea and Taha'a to produce high-end quality vanilla.
Environmentally friendly
Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly to recall the natural aspect of our vanilla.
Our production of Tahitian vanilla
Our vanilla is grown under shade. Our growers take care of the cuttings, we check or assist in the correct attachment and make sure to fold the vine so that the pods can be at eye level to be worked on pleasantly afterwards.
We harvest when the fruit of our vanilla plants has reached maturity: their final size, their yellow-brown color and according to a schedule which is established by a control commission.

La Vanille Du Pacifique is proud to be able to sell a 100% Polynesian product. Creating and maintaining a fair partnership with our local growers and producers is essential in our approach to promoting the Polynesian terroir.
Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly (we use Noissue) to keep the natural look of our vanilla. Our vanilla is kept in compostable vacuum packs and is then wrapped in tissue paper with our brand logo, all in a kraft box with our logo attached.
The inside of the box also contains the word “māuruuru” (thank you) as a reminder of our culture.
